On 8th July, we welcomed 111 passionate hoteliers, operators, solution providers, consultants – and two interns – all united by a common goal: to elevate the hotel guest journey. Once again, we exceeded expectations, achieving an impressive 3:1 ratio of hoteliers to other attendees , further enhancing to create exceptional experience for everyone involved.

This year introduced personalised one-to-one meetings between hoteliers and suppliers, offering space to explore current challenges, future plans, and collaborative opportunities. These sessions were seamlessly delivered and widely praised for their impact.
