Jean-Phillipe Lenot is the Global Hospitality Director at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE). He has over 10 years of hospitality sector experience, has delivered and overseen projects in hotels, resorts, cruise ships, sports stadiums and all kinds of hospitality venues, across the globe.

As a graduate in mechanical and electrician engineering, and holding a master’s degree in finance and management from the Lyon Business School, France, Jean-Phillipe has an educational foundation that is both technical and commercially based.

Technology, innovation and agile methodology continue to inspire his professional journey, as does a passion to make the guest the centre of operations.
