Currently serving as the Director of Rooms Operations at Axiom Hospitality, Ramona brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. She is entrusted with the oversight of Rooms Operations, Operational Efficiency, and Project Management across the Axiom Hospitality portfolio. Her responsibilities extend to providing day-to-day operational support to the hotels, collaborating with General Managers to surpass targets related to Rooms Payroll Budgets, Cost Efficiencies, Profit Margins, Guest Satisfaction, and Colleague Engagement.

Prior to her current role, Ramona excelled as the Head of Operational Efficiency at Axiom Hospitality. In this capacity, she was instrumental in driving operational efficiencies through cost control, technology, and equipment, thereby enhancing the operational performance of the Axiom Hospitality portfolio of Hotels.

Ramona’s impressive career also includes her tenure as the Hotel Manager for both the Residence Inn by Marriott London Bridge and Tower Bridge. With over 16 years of experience working with two of the major international hotel brands, Marriott and IHG, Ramona has amassed a diverse range of knowledge on all aspects of Hotel Operations.
