With more than 30 years within the industry, nearly 15 of which have been at RBH, Susan’s passion for hospitality is infectious; boasting a strong operational background coupled with unrivalled experience in HR and talent development. During her time as RBH’s Managing Director, she was one of the driving forces behind its ESG strategy, ‘Giving Something Back’, which launched in 2021 as part of RBH’s broader 2025 strategy.

In her current role as ESG Director, Susan has remained instrumental to the continued development and implementation of RBH’s ESG programme. Currently Chair of IHG’s Owners’ Association Europe Regional Council, she also previously chaired IHG Owners’ Association Global Sustainability Committee as well as the Hospitality Employers Group (HEG).
