Diane is responsible for accomplishing BWH® Hotels’ Global Quality Assurance objectives through monitoring, auditing and supporting the QA process throughout the EMEA region. She also provides relevant QA training and supports the implementation of company standards, programmes and services, working closely with the Headquarter QA team and the various BWH® Hotels’ Affiliate organisations across EMEA.

With more than 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, ranging from operations and commercial roles to distribution and technology, Diane has developed a passion for the independent hotel landscape and helping hotels to provide consistent guest experiences whilst celebrating their individuality.
