Ivy Chan is a results-driven commercial and revenue management specialist with more than 15 years of experience optimising performance for leading international hotel brands. Currently Revenue Manager at Strawberry in Stockholm, Ivy has built a strong track record in revenue optimisation, pricing strategy, forecasting, and commercial leadership across multiple markets in Europe and Asia.

Before joining Strawberry, Ivy held senior roles at Hilton in Bangkok and Tokyo, where she served as Commercial Director and Assistant Director of Business Development. She also spent over six years with Conrad Hong Kong and Hilton Tokyo, progressing through positions in revenue analytics and management. Her earlier experience at The Venetian Macao further strengthened her analytical foundation and expertise in large-scale hotel operations.

Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, Ivy excels at identifying risks and opportunities, leading teams through change, and driving market-focused revenue strategies. She brings a combination of analytical precision, creativity, and commercial insight, along with a commitment to continuous learning.
